About this Course

Stage 1

CV37 relates to the European Master of Science in Sustainable Food Systems Engineering, Technology and Business programme, a joint degree programme awarded by KU Leuven, Belgium under a consortium (FOOD4S) of which UCD is a partner. The following modules taken at the UCD School of Biosystems and Food Engineering will contribute towards the overall degree award. All students must take the modules listed as Core which comprise 30 credits in the Autumn Trimester, and there is an Optional Thesis module which may be taken in the Spring Trimester.
