UCD Golden & Diamond Jubilee Reunion 2021 (Classes of 1961 & 1971)

Join alumni from the classes of 1961 & 1971 as we mark this milestone anniversary.
Unfortunately, due to current restrictions, we are unable to host our usual celebrations at O'Reilly Hall on campus which is currently being used as a vaccination centre.
The reimagined virtual celebration takes place on Thursday, 16 September 2021 at 7pm. Featuring alumni from the Classes of 61 and 71 in conversation and reminiscing with former broadcaster and arts manager, Doireann Ní Bhriain (BA 1970, HDip Ed 1971), widely known for presenting the Eurovision Song Contest in 1981 amongst many other presenting and broadcasting roles.

As well as messages from Frances Fitzgerald MEP, BSocSci inArts, Class of 1971 and Dr Desmond Green, BE in Chemical engineering, Class of 1961.
Enjoy a showreel of alumni memories and hear from UCD President, Professor Andrew Deeks who will join the celebrations. As is customary, the Choral Scholars of University College Dublin will close the event.
