This workshop for Managers who have parents, or soon-to-be parents, on their team.

This 2-hour virtual workshop gives step-by-step guidance on how to manage each stage of leave so that employees feel supported and engaged.  We equip managers with the skills to have conversation around modern parenting challenges, including having empathetic conversations about fertility and miscarriage. 

This is an interactive workshop and we suggest you dial in from somewhere you can talk freely. You’ll walk away with tangible actions to implement and a ‘how to’ checklist to support you after the session.
