Detailed Information
The consumption of food is a core human experience. And yet, we often do not consider the long and changing history of what is on our plates and how it got there. This course offers learners the opportunity to engage in the deep and truly global history of food in order to explore the transformations of taste, the societal impact of diets, and the networks of exchange and control central to our ways of life.
