Long Description:	Awarded to the student who receives the highest GPA on successful completion of the Higher Diploma in Nursing (Children’s Nursing) programme in September each year. This medal will be awarded to the student at the annual graduation in March. At a micro level, the award formally acknowledges the student’s academic achievements on the programme thus acting as an incentive and a motivation for students to do well on the programme. The award also promotes equality, diversity and inclusion as students who undertake the programme are from diverse backgrounds and each student will have an equal opportunity to attain the award
