All Classes can be booked 15 minutes in advance of class time. Poolside Gym Peak-Time Access can be booked 2 hours in advance of an advertised slot time. You need to enter the Poolside Gym within 15 minutes of your booked time. Gym slots can be cancelled up to 10 minutes before start time, please do so if you cannot attend as places are in high demand.
