Update your Details
- Your School/Unit and Role are automatically populated from your appointment details. If you have recently changed School/Unit or Role, this information will automatically update once your new appointment has been processed by HR. For queries please contact HR on HRHelpdesk.
- Your Title and Name reflect what is on the HR system. Please see the HR webpage http://www.ucd.ie/hr/a-z/updatemydetails/ for details on how to change these
- Your Contact Number, Location, Team and Email Address can be updated on a self-service basis from “My Profile” in InfoHub. Alternatively, find your own record in the directory, click on your name and your own directory page will pop up with links to update your details. Updates to these details will be reflected in the directory immediately.
Update your Additional Directory Settings
There are two additional (optional) settings that you can set on a self-service basis to appear in your individual directory page. These are
- Option to show/hide your photo (the default is to hide) and
- A freetext box to add text to your page to give details relating to what you can be contacted for. Search Mark Simpson as an example
Updates to these details will be reflected in the directory immediately.
