Digital Business-related projects, products, and initiatives are rapidly evolving and today they should be regarded a central resource in the pursuit of successful business objectives and strategies.


This applied module investigates and discusses important project management-related topics and knowledge fields, such as digital project initiation, planning, implementation, communication, monitoring and risk management.

Learning Outcomes:

On successful completion of this module, students will be able to

(i) Draft a strategic mobile application-related project implementation plan

(ii). Critically analyse project management-related opportunities and challenges (Project Management Simulation)

(iii) Identify and implement successful strategies for managing virtual global project teams (Global Collaboration Simulation)

(iv) Practice collaboration and strategic decision-making to structure effective project diagnosis and response (IT Management Simulation: Cyber Attack)
