Academic Year 2023/2024

Creating the right culture and environment for individuals and organisations to learn and develop is crucial. Learning and development professionals play an important role in understanding current and future capability needs within an organisation and creating a learning culture that encourages employees to engage in continuous professional development. In this module, we will explore, not only how organisations can support employees to develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities needed for success, but also the activities and processes that are intended to have an impact on organisational learning.
