a variety of interactive and reflective methods will be integrated to enhance student learning and engagement. Simulation games will be a key component, offering students the opportunity to immerse themselves in realistic scenarios where they can apply theoretical knowledge, make decisions, and observe the outcomes in a dynamic, risk-free environment. To encourage ongoing reflection and deeper learning, students will maintain learning logs, documenting their experiences, insights, and progress throughout the course. This reflective practice will help them internalize key concepts and track their development over time.
