The main objective of the course is to present a new way of managing the corporate strategy of an organisation, based on managing the reputation of the organisation.

About this Module

Learning Outcomes:

You will be able to understand how to define and measure the reputation of an organisation, how to manage a corporate reputation and what linkages there are between reputation and company performance. The reputation approach is particularly relevant to service businesses, and to public as well as private sector organisations. You will be better prepared to manage or to advise on the management of such organisations.
The course combines traditional areas of reputation management (crisis management, branding, corporate communications, corporate identity), into a unique framework that is not offered in other Business Schools. You will have the opportunity to debate some original thinking with those who developed it and who are using it with a range of organisations.
