About this Module

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this module you will:Understand the key steps to ensure that a project is initiated, planned, managed and implemented successfully.Be able to identify the challenges and difficulties that arise in project management and be able to identify appropriate strategies to overcome these challenges.Be familiar with trends and developments in project management.
