About this Module

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this module you should be able to:Evaluate the alternative approaches to managing change.Demonstrate an understanding and insight into the design and application of diagnostic change management techniques.Using illustrative examples, examine the major issues to be addressed in managing effective strategic change.Identify the various change management interventions available to managers and evaluate these in the context of particular organisations/case studies.
