This module is structured in two parts:1. Technology forecasting and analysis, supported by readings from the academic Financial Times subscription
Business processes and enterprise resource planning applications using the leading enterprise solution, SAP
Development of a technology business plan (group project).
2. Management approaches for data science/analytics teams in relation to Software Engineering and Consulting, for example: Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, the Project Management perspective and Design Thinking.

On completion of the module students should be able to:
