Learning Outcomes:

On successful completion of this module you are expected to be able to:Evaluate how supply chain management affects companies and industries.Identify and evaluate developments and trends within the field of supply chain management.Demonstrate an appreciate of the concepts of supply chain management.Understand how to plan and manage demand and supply, lead times, JIT and lean thinking and agile supply chains.Understand the strategic importance of collaboration and partnerships along the supply chain.
