The purpose of this module is to develop research knowledge and skills to solve live business problems being faced by companies operating in international markets. This involves both conceptual and experiential exposure to a different national and cultural context context. Key topics covered in the module include organizational diagnosis, data collection, data analysis, foundational overview on the strategic and cultural nuances of operating in a specific market, strategic planning tools, project feasability, and collaboration with clients. The module will involve both classroom learning and a live consulting project in an international location in which student groups will get an opportunity to apply these learnings. The module will be heavily group-based and experiential in nature.
