Strategy Execution helps you troubleshoot a firm’s actions and strategy in order to plan for superior execution performance. It will focus attention on aspects of strategy likely to harbour ambiguity and inefficiency, which are common causes of failed execution efforts, and from this you will learn to confidently create solid strategies and execution programmes.Strategy Execution will be taught primarily through the case method supplemented with mini lectures around core theoretical concepts and frameworks.
