The programme will explore the impact that technology is having on industries and competition, as well as the opportunities that it offers organizations. By analyzing cases from across diverse industries and organizations, participants will discover a core of practice that serves as a basis for the development of a general framework for digital innovation and business transformation, with strong practical relevance. In particular, the programme will help participants understand what is required to establish the necessary environment for success with digital, address the key questions of where and when to invest, and consider how they can design and manage the necessary transformation to realize expected outcomes. In-class presentations and discussions, workshops, readings and peer dialogues will equip participants with the knowledge, tools and frameworks to make informed decisions and forge innovation strategies to increase revenue, productivity, and customer engagement.
