STAT40510 Applied Statistical Modelling

This module is designed to help students analyse and present data using a variety of advanced statistical models applied to real-world data sets. Students will work individually or in groups to produce statistical reports and presentations which are assessed by the lecturing staff.

Learning Outcomes:

Students should gain the ability to present the results of fitting advanced statistical models applied to data sets. They should improve their presenting and written skills, and learn some new statistical techniques.
