Introduction to qualitative research methods.
Learning outcomes:
1. To get an understanding of different research methods in social sciences (learning the methods)
2. To understand advantages and limitations of qualitative research methods (developing an analytical skill)
3. To be able to apply the knowledge to small scale research studies (learning to apply the method)

Portfolio: Individual portfolio: each student needs to submit three smaller assignments. All the instructions will be provided in class. Each assignment is followed by a tutorial. Week 8 Graded No

The final essay has to be submitted during the on-line exam, however, the students will have the guidlaines two weeks prior to that, hence, the essay will be prepared in advance.
