(i) outline the importance of entrepreneurship and small businesses to the Irish economy;
(ii) outline the methods for finding and analysing business ideas;
(iii) describe the key steps involved in starting up a small business;
(iv) describe the key sections of a business plan;
(v) describe the key issues involved in running and growing a business;
(vi) outline sources of assistance for business start-up, both financial and non-financial;
(vii) describe entrepreneurship in different contexts.
