This module builds on, expands and consolidates the vocabulary, grammar structures learned on Catalan Intermediate B1/B2 modules and works towards developing fluency in writing, reading, listening and speaking skills in the Catalan language.

- understand and communicate in all oral, written, aural and reading situations, simple and complex, in Catalan

- understand oral language
- understand texts of significant complexity
- speak with great accuracy.
- produce written texts with complexity and fluidity
- use complex, near-fluent lexicon and phraseology

Approaches to Teaching and Learning:
Teaching and Learning approaches deployed consist of active/task-based learning enhanced with Virtual Learning Environment (Brightspace).

Students are expected to engage in self-learning activities every week, such as, reading and listening to materials relating to the course modules; completing tasks and exercises (including grammar).

Oral interaction in class is expected.
