During this module, participants will complete a deep dive into a leading team diagnostic survey tool for use with their future clients. Participants will also be asked to present their own signature approach to team coaching based on their learnings throughout the programme.

Approaches to Teaching and Learning:
All information relating to this module is contained in the Programme specific Student handbook. Students are required to complete the module pre-reading or pre-work prior to attending the seminar sessions. The sessions themselves will be a combination of lectures, group discussion, in-class presentations, case study discussions and classroom exercises. A heavy emphasis in the seminars is on teasing out the implications of theory for practical application in a workplace context.
