This module will address key models and processes from the practice and research of team coaching. Team coaching competencies will also be reviewed. Best practice in debriefing the diagnostic data will be discussed with a focus on participants preparing to debrief with their teams.

Approaches to Teaching and Learning:
All information relating to this module is contained in the Programme specific Student handbook. Students are required to complete the module pre-reading or pre-work prior to attending the seminar sessions. The sessions themselves will be a combination of lectures, group discussion, in-class presentations, case study discussions and classroom exercises. A heavy emphasis in the seminars is on teasing out the implications of theory for practical application in a workplace context.
