Knowledge outcomes:
On completion of this module, the student should be able to:
- Understand essential patient preparation, in procedure and post procedural care for cardiac interventional examinations.
- Evaluate image quality and radiographc outcomes for a variety of examinations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of cardiac interventional imaging examinations.
Professional Skills:
- Demonstrate knowledge of difficulties that may be encountered during cardiac interventional examinations.
- Critically evaluate the utility of imaging examinations to patient management.
Personal / Professional Development:
- Demonstrate knowledge of the range of modalities used for cardiac interventional examinations.

Module will include a variety of approaches including didactic lectures, practical virtual reality simulation as well as group work activities. Students will be provided with both formative and summative feedback
