Academic Year 2023/2024

This module is a Level 4 module that is core for the Masters in Agricultural Extension and Innovation (On-line Option B) where students are on an approved professional internship or where they are employed providing a professional knowledge service to farmers. It may be available as an elective module to other postgraduate programmes on a case by case basis.
This module uses a combination of skills development and reflective practice to enable and support the student to reflect, review and analyse their approaches to working with farmer groups and other group situations. The module requires the student to explore theoretical concepts relevant to peer to peer learning; group dynamics, development and facilitation, and to use these in reflecting on their professional practice and development.
