The module develops communicative language skills and communication strategies, consolidating skills equivalent to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) and progressing towards C1.
This module develops all four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) as well as proficient grammatical and lexical structures. It is based on proficient communicative activities, such as reception, production and interaction and advocates an action/oriented approach to language teaching and learning.
In this module, students are expected to reinforce their previously acquired vocabulary and to review and consolidate more complex grammatical structures of the Portuguese language.
Classes are conducted in Portuguese and students will demonstrate their oral skills applying contents studied during the trimester.
