Evidence Based Practice for Healthcare Professionals teaches healthcare professionals how to do effective literature searching and critical appraisal. Teaching is online and each lecture is recorded.

There are three assessments for this module at the following time points: The first assessment is submitted in Week 5 and requires students to submit a PubMed search strategy based on a focused clinical question of their choice. The second assessment is submitted in week 12 (last week of teaching term) and requires students to critically appraise the best available evidence on their chosen topic. The third assessment is following end-of-term and is a Multiple Choice Question exam.
