On successful completion of the module the student will
1. demonstrate detailed understanding of the differences between public and private physiotherapy health services across a range of settings and have a working knowledge of partnerships
2. demonstrate an understanding of the challenges facing a new physiotherapy graduate entering the workplace and the specialised skills required to deal with such challenges.
3. demonstrate a detailed knowledge and understanding of current health care delivery and policy in Ireland.
4. demonstrate detailed theoretical and conceptual knowledge and understanding of the process of formulating a service development plan
5. demonstrate an understanding of the fundamentals of business for physiotherapy practice
6. demonstrate a detailed understanding and application of the self-directed skills required for the job seeking process as a physiotherapist
