Learning Outcomes:

On completion of this module, students will be able to:
•Describe and discuss the concepts and regulatory requirements of Environmental and Occupational Toxicology
•Demonstrate a knowledge of the sources of Environmental and Occupational Toxicants
•Describe and discuss the concepts and regulatory requirements in Food Toxicology
•Demonstrate a knowledge of the sources of potentially toxic substances in food and the relative risks associated with different classes
