• Feedback individually to students, post-assessment
The aim of this integrated assessment of a poster and evidence based written rationale is to demonstrate that the student has the ability to examine in depth a pertinent area of practice and produce a poster that is relevant to service users in their practice areas. The student will select a neurological condition and using a sound theoretical model of behaviour change will select key self-management strategies to empower a person with this neurological condition to build on their existing knowledge, skills and self-efficacy to manage their neurological condition. The student must develop a poster that will disseminate a health promotion message that is clear and understandable to their peers.
