On successful completion of this module students will be able to:
1. Critically discuss the concepts of population health, diversity and cultural competence.
2. Use a structured approach to develop a plan for an initiative that addresses an identified population's health and wellbeing needs.
3. Integrate the concepts of diversity and cultural competence into planning an initiative to promote the health and wellbeing of a specified population group.
4. Critique a research paper.
5. Self-reflect and critique personal biases and prejudices that may impact on providing professional compassionate care and services to diverse population groups.
