MEIN50010 Python Programming for Biologists

Academic Year 2018/2019

This module is geared at biologists at PhD level with limited or no programming skills. They will learn a general scripting/programming language, Python, to learn basics of scripting, familiarity with Biopython modules, and fundamentals of object oriented programming. It is relatively intense for a 2.5 credit module.
