On completion of this module students should be able to:1. Develop an awareness of the challenges posed to research by the field of psychotherapy 2.Demonstrate familiarity with the various research methodologies for evaluating outcome in psychotherapy; 3. Demonstrate an awareness of the potential for research in the field of psychotherapy in Ireland 4. Demonstrate an awareness of the ethical questions involved in research in the field of psychotherapy
