Learning Outcomes:

On successful completion of this module, students will have:

-Developed an understanding of the role of law in the arts, culture and heritage sectors;
-Gained knowledge of the fundamentals of cultural heritage law, intellectual property law, and employment law;
-Identified the links between culture and human rights; and
-Demonstrated an ability for critical thinking about the relationship between law and culture more broadly.
