Learning Outcomes After the completion of this module, students will be able to: i) describe and discuss FinTech, TechFin, RegTech, SupTech and LegalTech and the issues they pose to the regulators, service providers, customers and global financial system; ii) outline and evaluate the regime of duties and liabilities in FinTech (regulatory, private and criminal law); iii) write a dissertation discussing the regulation of FinTech in two jurisdictions of their choice.
