On successful completion of this module students will be able to:
- manage an extensive Latin vocabulary.
- recognise all Latin noun, adjective and verb forms.
- recognise all the commonly-occurring Latin syntactical forms.
- apply their knowledge of grammar, vocabulary and syntax to translation of passages of unadapted Latin, both prepared and unprepared.
We will aim to work through chapters 16 to 30 of Latin via Ovid.
