IS20030 Information & Collaboration in Organisations

Academic Year 2020/2021

This module examines work practices and information systems in organisations. Consideration will be given to information system requirements and design, information processes and flows in organisations, and the character of formal information systems and informal communication patterns. Special emphasis will be placed on design thinking and communication in the context of computer mediated communication and computer supported cooperative work.
