Beidh ríomhaire glúine de dhíth ar scoláirí atá ag tabhairt faoin modúl seo.

Tá an cúrsa seo dírithe ar scoláirí tríú bliana ar an BCL Dlí le Gaeilge (agus sa chorrchás, mic léinn atá ag gabháil do chláir eile Nua-Ghaeilge) atá ag iarraidh obair mar aistritheoirí dlíthiúla nó mar dhlítheangeolaithe in Éirinn nó san Aontas Eorpach. Tá sé mar aidhm ag an gcúrsa tógáil ar an oiliúint a fuair scoláirí i modúil éagsúla teanga agus aistriúcháin sa dara bliain agus a chumasú dóibh téacsanna casta dlí a aistriú. Déanfaidh scoláirí cleachtaí gramadaí agus comhréire i gcomhthéacs téacsanna dlí agus díreoidh siad ar théacsanna (ríomh)aistrithe a cheartú, a chur in eagar agus a fheabhsú. Má éiríonn leat sa mhodúl seo sa tríú bliain, beidh tú in ann tabhairt faoi IR 40390 Dlí agus Aistriúchan I sa chéad seimeastar den cheathrú bliain.

Learning Outcomes:

Ag deireadh an mhodúil seo ba cheart go mbeadh sé ar chumas an scoláire:
- Téacsanna reachtacha i mBéarla agus i nGaeilge a chur i gcomparáid lena chéile agus plé a dhéanamh ar ar tharla i rith phróiseas an aistriúcháin
- Rialacha casta gramadaí agus comhréire a chur i bhfeidhm i dtéacsanna dlí
- Sleachta as téacsanna dlí a aistriú go cruinn ó Bhéarla go Gaeilge
- Aistriúchán Gaeilge ar théacs reachtach Béarla a sheiceáil, a cheartú agus a chur in eagar

Aistriúchán dlíthiúil; obair phraiticiúil;

UNESCO highlights a set of key competencies that support individuals in their development and support society in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). UCD has adapted these competencies and is combining them with others to form a general framework of learning competencies. This module will help you develop the competencies below to the levels specified.
