Learning Outcomes:

On completing this module students should:* have a good knowledge of the principles of Irish employment law* be familiar with the primary sources of law applicalbe to employment in Ireland* be able to deal tiwh employment questions which arise in enterprise* be aware of the appropriate course of action when problems areise in the employment relationship
