The module provides students with an overview of the globalisation process and an analysis of the extent to which that process may be associated with others, such as the developments of neoliberalism and corporate social responsibility.

About this Module

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the module students will be able to:
Discuss the concept of globalisation.
Demonstrate an understanding of the main theoretical frameworks for the analysis of globalisation.
Analyse the impact of the process on the interests of the actors in employment relations.
Analyse the relationship betweem globalisation, neoliberalism and CSR.
