Be able to select plants species for a range of situations encountered in natural and manmade landscapes. Prescribe management practices for a range of planting schemes, such as ground cover schemes. Assess the suitability of existing and proposed vegetation for a range of situations. Be able to select plant material from nursery catalogues. Apply information gained from this module when developing planting plans and landscape management plans.
