GDIC3009K Food Quality Control & Management (Theory & Practice)

Food Quality Control and Management & Practice is designed for students who are undertaking dual undergraduate degree programs at Guangzhou-Dublin International College. This course is designed to enable students to master the basic knowledge and mathematical methods of quality management and their application in the food industry as well as to develop students’ academic English.

Classes are taught in small groups. In addition, to enable students to fully understand the application of food quality management systems, classroom activities such as independent marketing research and presentations will support the development of their academic study competencies and independent language learning strategies. Students will often be expected to work collaboratively in class.
