The objective of this module is to examine the critical interaction of corporate finance and product market behaviour. Therefore, this course adopts an interdisciplinary perspective concentrating on the integration of corporate finance theory, industrial organisation economics and strategic management. I

About this Module

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this course, students will be able to

apply real options theory to the assessment of investment decision
apply the theoretical and conceptual material to practical financing and strategic issues faced by corporations in their industry and competitive environment
appreciate the broader context of firm behaviour and performance in the context of corporate social responsibility
address leadership issues in relation to firm performance
