This module will be delivered with a supporting online workbook to develop an overview of effective leadership and management skills.
By understanding personal values and transferable skills as well as different leadership, personality styles and team roles, fellows will appreciate the range of attributes different team members can bring and how they can be supported and empowered to maximise collaboration and productivity in a motivating environment.

Learning Outcomes:

On completion of this module students will be able to:
1. Describe the range of attributes of good leadership,
2. Reflect upon your preferred style and the competencies that you already have, and those you would like to develop.
3. Understand the attributes of a range of team workers and ways to motivate and empower them
4. Complete a personality style and reflect on the advantages and potential challenges that your leadership style may pose
5. Be competent in using coaching techniques to support a coachee
