Approaches to Teaching and Learning:

Teaching and learning will be primarily student-centred and enquiry-based. Students will undertake an independent food safety research project under the guidance of an academic supervisor to support project planning, research methodology, data analysis and critical evaluation of findings.

Learning will involve independent study, critical engagement with the scientific literature, other project-based work as appropriate, and the analysis and interpretation of research data. Students will communicate their research findings through a written research report.
