Academic Year 2023/2024

Empower Fellows to take control of their preferred career by understanding the skills and competencies required for their preferred career and being able to demonstrate these in a CV, cover letter and interview to maximise the chances of a successful outcome. Competencies within academia, public and private sector jobs will be highlighted with guest lectures from leaders in the Agri food industry and beyond.

On completion of this module Fellows will be able to:
1. Research and understand their opportunities and options across various sectors
2. Articulate their competencies, experience, and transferable skills in various forms (CV, cover letter, social media. elevator pitch, interview prep)
3. Prepare a researched individual Career Development plan
4. Navigate and use the MyCareer platform
