The purpose of completing a 30 ECTS thesis is to afford the student an opportunity to display master over a piece of research on leadership, from design to completion, under appropriate supervision.

About this Module

Learning Outcomes:

The learning outcomes are both specific to each student as well as of a generic nature, the latter being the largely independent completion of a piece of research-- identifying a topic, formulating research questions, conducting a systematic literature review, determining a research design, completing data collection and analysis and writing up findings that are warranted by the evidence and interrogated with reference to the literature review drawing tentative conclusions and making appropriate recommendations, while mindful of limitations of the study

Approaches to Teaching and Learning:
Each student is assigned a thesis supervisor, and the 'teaching' is negotiated as part of the process of supervision
