On completion of this module students will have the ability to:
• Understand and awareness of their own learning processes, well-being, personal development and behaviour change within the context of their own experiences.
• Formulate personal aspirations and identify the skills and resources required to progress these aspirations, using a personalised, evidence-based approach, including monitor progress, revisiting and revising personal plans as needed.
• Critically reflect on knowledge, learnings, feelings, goals, behaviours and identity through an on-going process of self-enquiry.
