On completion of this module students should be able to:
(a) Understand the strategic and practical management challenges facing managers in the cultural field.
(b) Possess an insight into the kind of personal qualities needed to be a successful manager in the cultural sector.
(c) Have a sense of one's personal strengths and weaknesses and opportunities for growth and development as a manager.
(d) Identify the qualities that make for effective leadership in a cultural organisation.
